Hi I am Audrey!

I am a Certified Nutritional Therapist, Health Coach and Sports Therapist. And also a Crossfitter, and Ex-Banking girl who loves Massage, Wine & Chocolate!

I help busy women Get Leaner (and stay like this!!), Flatter Tummy, Boost Energy and Cut the Cravings - WITHOUT counting calories, depriving themselves or cooking for hours - so that they can feel Good + Confident in their own skin once and for all!

The way I achieve this is by using a Mind & Body approach, my personal experience and years of experience combining Nutritional Therapy, Health Coaching & Functional Medicine Principles but also NLP, Time Line Therapy, Sports Therapy, Kinesiology (FDN) as appropriate.

These women usually come to me when they are fed up with feeling tired, bloated, craving sugar, out of balance, unhappy with their weight or "fat belly" and want a Leaner Body, Flatter tummy and Feel Good in their Own Skin, Confident and Energised - all in a healthy and sustainable way creating healthier habits for Life. The way I work is all about simple & practical solutions to help you achieve your Health & Lifestyle goals in a style and at a pace that is right for YOU!

No, this is programme has been specifically designed for busy women. You can go at your own pace!! This is a simple and flexible plan to follow. The recipes are quick and easy. At first glance you may feel overwhelmed but with the step by step implementation guidance and your commitment, it’s doable for anyone. You will be required to make some changes to your diet and recommended to slowly incorporate mini self care routines that can take 5-10 minutes a day for those who can. The amazing thing is that if you make the initial effort, your energy and concentration will be so much better and you will require less and less effort and at the end, you will become more focused and empowered which will create space and time.

During this program we will aim to limit or eliminate processed foods, sugar, gluten, alcohol, dairy, black tea and coffee. Don’t worry, I have included everything you need for the smooth transformation and you will receive a pantry list with the alternative products. If you can’t function without coffee, that's okay you can carry on with coffee. If you are happy to reduce, we will take a step by step approach. It is a gentle but very effective approach to help the body reset. Don’t worry, I’m here to support you, you ask me any questions or others in the Facebook group!.
