My Recommendation for Food Intolerance Testing
If you present one or more symptoms of food intolerance and wish to consider a reliable test, York is one of the best option. I'm an approved York practitionner. If you don't have the budget for such a test, book for a Complimentary Discovery Session with me HERE and we can discuss possible alternatives.

What Does the Test Consist of?
York tests measure food triggers (food-specific IgG antibodies). These tests are for people who may have food intolerances, and those who want to optimise their diets by avoiding foods they are reacting to. There are 3 options available with reactions to 75, 100 or 150 different food ingredients tested. The presence of food-specific IgG antibodies indicates that a reaction has occurred to that particular food and the results are used to formulate an elimination diet - compatible with a gut reset protocol.
