  • 30 day goals
  • Weekly goals

Daily aligned actions – inner + outer work (ex. daily meditation or listening to mindset podcast for inner and sleep 8 hrs or yoga weekly for outer)

New Weekly Time Planner to organise time better (inc. Priority meeting with myself like self-care๐Ÿ˜ƒ) +
New yearly planner to stick key goals on there

I’ve been thinking about the above step 1, writing it down and I wanted to share a structure that works for me.
Quite detailed I know but forced you to be specific. The more specific you are, the quicker the universe will deliver
Make sure you find a quiet space.

WHAT TO DO ONCE YOUR DONE (step 2):

Focus on visualising your 2020 intentions daily (1-5 mins enough) and putting in the work to make this happen. First thing definitely, evening if you can.
Be already grateful for it being your new reality.

Remember your unconscious does NOT know the difference between present and future so visualise the future you want every day so clearly that your unconscious believes it is in the now

Remember to:

  • Know your why
  • Attach a feeling to your intentions
  • Know what you truly desire to achieve and how you’ll FEEL when you get it!!!
  • How do you celebrate reward yourself along the way (not just when you hit a milestone)
  • Ie Girls w/e? Sign up to a course, hire a coach? Don’t get obsessed by the how, let the universe figure that bit for you – just notice the signs
  • Surround yourself with High Vibe people. you become like the people you spend the most time with.
