It is so easy to feel overwhelmed...
When we are starting something new, when we don't know where to start, when we are bombarded with so much information and distractions and get confused by what we should be doing first, when too many things are going on in our life at the same time, when we are putting too much pressure on ourselves, spreading ourselves thin because we are juggling with too many things at a time.
The first thing to do is to shift this state of feeling overwhelmed and reinstate some control by just focusing on one step at a time.
