I help busy women get leaner, flatter tummy, Triple energy, Cut cravings with a Mind/Body approach so that they can Feel Good + Confident in their own skin once and for all🤸‍♀️

These women usually come to me when they are fed up with feeling tired, bloated, craving sugar, unhappy with their weight or "fat belly" and want a Leaner Body, Flatter tummy and Feel Good in their Own Skin, Confident and Energised - all in a natural and sustainable way creating healthier habits for Life. The way I work is all about simple & practical solutions to help you achieve your Health & Life goals, and beyond, in a style and at a pace that is right for YOU!

The way I achieve this is by using a Mind & Body approach, my personal experience and years of experience combining Nutritional Therapy, Health Coaching & Functional Medicine Principles but also NLP, Time Line Therapy, Sports Therapy, Kinesiology (FDN) as appropriate. I work with women who are ready for a change and committed to make it happen! I am here every step of the way for support and accountability!

What I came to understand after all those years of health coaching is that most of us seek to achieve in our physical world, but for true abundance, success, happiness and fulfillment in life, we must address our mental, emotional and spiritual world too. I believe it’s all about Balance & Alignment.

My profile is very holistic as I believe Mind, Body & Soul are connected. As an eternal student of life, a health advocate, an achiever, I have a long list of qualifications. It’s not the list that makes the woman, it’s the applied knowledge and embodiment.

But if you are curious to work with me, just know that I have a wealth of knowledge to work with your entire person:

➡️ Physically – I am qualified as Nutritional Therapist, Sports Massage Therapist, Systematic Kinesiologist (FDN). I’ve been blessed to share my life with an ex-Crossfit Coach who has taught me weight lifting🏋️‍♀️, movement, as well as my own personal experience of health and fitness.

➡️ Mentally, Emotionally, and Spiritually to some extend - I have many years of Health Coaching experience and I am certified NLP Coach and Time Line Therapist. I’ve had the opportunity to work under and with great mentors & coaches working on becoming the highest version of myself so that I can serve you better. I am a firm believer of energetic practises such as Healing, Visualisation, Breathing, Meditation🧘‍♀️, Kinesiology to create true transformation.


Most of my clients come to see me for a physical complaint: Weight loss, Fat around the middle, Low energy, Cravings, Poor digestion / Bloating, Stress & Anxiety, Body confidence, Poor Sleep. Half of them know what they should do but just don’t do it or they believe they’ve tried everything but nothing works. However the physical is often a manifestation of the mental, emotional and/or spiritual imbalances ⭐
