Hi, I am Ash, a highly qualified Personal Trainer and Motivational Coach with more than 12 years of experience in different countries.
I offer 3 services:
- In person Personal Training from Crossfit Gaius, a fully equipped gym, both indoor and outdoor, in the heart of Aix-en-Provence
- Live, Virtual PT sessions delivered through Zoom directly to your home (1:1 or couples)
- Online Tailored Fitness Programme.
I can also advise you on Nutrition, Mobility, Stretching, Mindset, and how to set incremental achievable steps toward your goal(s).
How does it work?
In person Personal Training is the fastest, safest and most efficient method to get to where you want to be. Each session lasts one-hour during which I have a personalized plan designed exclusively for you, with a focus on delivering efficient and effective results - whether the goal is weight-loss, building lean muscle mass, increasing overall strength and endurance or simply getting fit.
Virtual Personal Training is the best alternative to in-person training. Structured just like an in-person PT session, I will guide you through personalised workouts, pushing you beyond what you'd do on your own and making it more fun too (!!) while making sure you get the most out of your sessions.
Whatever equipment you have available to you, I will use my extensive experience to design and deliver the most effective workout to keep you moving towards your goals.
Whether you’re looking to tone up, gain muscle mass, get stronger, fitter, healthier, more mobile, or just feel and look good, I tailor each Fitness Training programme specifically to your needs and preferences. Programmes can be adjusted whether you work-out from home, outdoor or from a gym. You’ll be working with me online on a 1-2-1 basis where I will walk you through how your program looks like, and whether you need equipment or not, and if so which one within your budget.
Your training will be varied, fun, challenging, safe and practical so that you can easily apply that in your daily routine.
